Peripheral Vision Trainer
Train your visual span with Walter Schulte tables to read multiple words per eye fixation.
How to Train Your Peripheral Vision
walter Schulte tables are designed to expand your field of vision. Follow this routine to practice correctly.
1. Focus on the Center Red Dot
Fix your gaze entirely on the red anchor dot in the center of the grid. Do not let your eyes wander or scan across individual cells. Try to look "through" the center to see the surrounding numbers.
2. Use Peripheral Vision Only
Find the numbers in ascending order (1, 2, 3...) using only your side vision. At first, you might find yourself slipping and moving your eyes; if this happens, refocus on the red dot and try again.
3. Grid Level Pacing
Start with the 3x3 grid (numbers 1 to 9) to build central stability. Once you can consistently finish in under 5 seconds without eye movement, step up to 4x4 (1 to 16) and then **5x5** (1 to 25).
